This recipe served 2

Ingredients
1 large Green Tomatoe ( Purchased @ Lowerys)
Flour
Bread Crumbs
Eggs
Buffalo Mozzerella
Spaghetti Sauce

Cut the tomatoe into thick slices
Dip into a  beaten egg  and then dredge through the  flour ( I added salt, pepper and sugar about 1/4 of cup)
Heat Oil  ( any one of these oils  will work Canola, Vegetable or Evoo) in a frying pan
Carefully place the Tomatoes into a frying pan. Tomatoes will become crispy.

In the meantime Cut the Mozerella into thick slices. Dip the mozerrella  in the  flour then  the egg and lastly the bread crumbs.
Heat Oil  ( Canola, Vegetable or Evoo) in a frying pan
Carefully place the Mozzerella  into a frying pan. Approximatly 1 minute on each side.

Heat Marinara. Place a dollup of Marinara on the placte. Place a tomatoe slice  then cheese then tomatoe. Drizzle with Marinara.
